IT’S TIME TO TALK TO YOUR CLIENTS

IT’S EASY TO FORGET ABOUT AN EMAIL MARKETING CAMPAIGN OR ELECTRONIC DIRECT MAIL (EDM) WHEN YOU’RE ORGANISING YOUR TAX AS THE END OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR QUICKLY APPROACHES.

But, a quick email to tell your clients you’re still thinking of them is invaluable. Make sure your presence is not lost in during this busy period with these EDM ideas:

1.     A quick wrap up of your most popular articles

Make the most of the articles you’ve written by re-hashing them in a newsletter. A quick note to say why it was popular or useful will add a personal touch.

2.     An update on your work

It may have been a while since you have presented to your clients on what you’ve been up to. Provide a quick update on what you’re working on and an opportunity for them to reach out to you.

3.     Showcase your services

Remind your clients why you’re great at what you do by showcasing your services. Let them know what you can offer and why it may be of use to them.

4.     Provide insights

Everyone likes a useful tip or key points on complex issues, give your clients something of value from your email. It could be a simple trick to avoid future grief or breaking down new reforms and legislation that could affect your clients.

Of course, design is pivotal in ensuring that your brand and message is communicated effectively. Check out this article written by Amanda Lacey about the most inspiring and compelling email campaigns here.
